About EFC

Eglinton Flying Club was formed in 1966 by five local pilots, of the five only one is still an active member - Alfie Danton who until recently was the CFI and CAA examiner.

G-HMED is a Piper Warrior III and is typically used by students during the cross-country and navigation element of the training.

G-BSZI is a Cessna 152 and is the primary training aircraft. Students use this aircraft to develop the basic skills required for flying (and landing).

These two aircraft are available for hire to members of the flying club once they have gained their Pilot’s Licence
